Suction works best on NON-POROUS, SMOOTH and FLAT SURFACE, such as ceramic tile, glass, mirror, stainless steel, acrylic, etc. Suction will not work over grout lines (diameter of suction cup: 7cm/2.8in) or on porous surfaces such as: WOOD, unfinished MARBLE, GRANITE, porcelain, wallpaper, natural stones (such as Travertines), painted wall & any surface that is bumpy, etc.
About installation:
Disassemble the suction cups when you take them out of the package.
And then you can take the next step to install the product.
Step 1: Clean the surface.
Step 2: Take off the protector from the rubber.
Step 3-4: Loosen the knob until the rubber base is flat.
Step 5-6: Position the product into the slot in the cup. Press the cap onto the wall firmly, Whilst maintaining pressure, turn the knob clockwise until completely tight.
Step 7: Leave it for 2 hours, then turn the knob again to make it more tighter.
For second use, please wash the rubber before installation.
